Colonial Williamsburg is a living history town showing what life was like during the 1700s. There are costumed interpreters doing colonial activities, like blacksmiths, seamstresses, and many other Craftsmen and women.
The Visitor Center at Colonial Williamsburg is quite large with lots of information. Check out these maps.
Also, real life work: we just had to figure out if there was a benefit to getting a one day pass, 3 day pass, or year long membership with an educator discount. We went with the year-long membership pass.
